Cancellation Policy

Our services are customized for each client and many times we prepare the room in advance. We appreciate our therapists and clients, and due to our appreciation, we ask that appointments be cancelled 12 hours before your appointment or you will be charged a $25 dollar cancellation fee. If you choose to book online, you will be asked for your credit card information.

Also, if you are running more than 5 minutes late for the appointment, we ask that you call to please let us know so we can plan accordingly.

Cell Phones

Our goal is for our clients to relax. Turning cell phones off or in silent mode not only helps our therapists and guests relax, including you!

A Reservation Requires a Credit Card

Due to our schedule and out of respect for our therapists, a credit card is required to book an appointment.

Return Policy

Most purchases made at the Sole Escape Foot & Body Massage can be returned within 30 days for store credit.You can use this credit towards another product or service.

Gift Cards

  • If you cancel the appointment in less than 12 hours and have used a gift card, this also cancels the gift card.
  • If you forget your gift card, you can come back within 10 days and be reimbursed for the value of the gift card.
  • If you have lost your gift card, showing a credit card statement is not valid proof you bought a gift card.
  • If the gift card has an expiration date, the gift card must be used by that date
  • Packages purchased with a gift card are not refundable.
  • You are allowed to transfer your gift card to someone else but they cannot be exchanged for cash.

When to Arrive

Please allow 15 minutes before your appointment so that you have time to fill out any paperwork necessary so you can enjoy your full appointment.

If You Are Late

If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to give you the full time, however, we will not make the next guest wait.


Child Policy

We ask that children 12 and under are accompanied by an adult. If you have a special request, then please call the spa.

Group Events

We love having group events. There have been group parties for 4 people and also 25 people. We would love to help you plan a fun and relaxing event for your group. We ask that you make the reservation in advance. There are no extra costs. You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks and flavors you choose. A credit card is required to hold the event. We do ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice for a cancellation. If you cancel less than 24 hours then 50% of the service fee per person will be charged.


Our charges do not include gratuity, however it is very appropriate and always appreciated. Most of our clients tip 18%-20%. All our tips must be cash, however, we do have an ATM for your convenience.
