Your foot massage
Your foot massage begins with a warm tea soak and a back, neck and shoulder massage, allowing you to drift into the moment.
This will be followed by your rejuvenating foot massage. The therapist will then evaluate your feet and stimulate various points to identify areas of tension. Skilled movements and massage may be used along with finger or thumb pressure. Pressure may be applied to the foot using reflexology techniques.
Walk out into the world feeling like a whole new person!
FEEL LIKE A WHOLE NEW PERSON
Of course a short foot massage can help, especially when you get them regularly. It is most likely a given that a foot massage is relaxing. A foot massage is definitely even more helpful if our job requires us to be on our feet. When we are on our feet all day, they can swell up. Most people do enjoy foot massages but is there more to it? Yes there is. There are many different things that come into play, the music, your mindset, the aromatherapy and more.
