1. Have a go-to statement
Having a positive go to statement is going to help you in times of stress or discomfort. If you ever feel like you are in a rough time its good to have a go-to state meant like “you can get through this, you can do it”. Instead of filling your head with negative thoughts, this can take away the bad vibes.
Exercising is a great way to deal with stress. By working out you are getting your mind off of everything that’s is happening in your daily life and just focusing on yourself. Exercising is a great way to release stress, let out all of your fears and anger positively and healthily.
3. Writing down your worries
By writing down all your worries you are letting things out mentally. When we bottle all of our negative thoughts and bad experiences we start to form an anxiety cloud over our heads that will follow us wherever we go. It is better to let it all go in a journal or on a piece of paper then rip it up afterward.
4. Change your environment
Having different scenery is a great way to have new sight of life. For example, do your work at a different location, change or buy some decorations for your home or office. Make a more scenic route to work. Just change your everyday pattern!
5. Use a go-to mannerism
Snap your finger, pinch your wrist, or smile whenever you have a negative thought. Doing this is good for when you are so much in your negative thoughts this can bring you back to reality.
